How to tie a Bowline – Part 2 (normal way)

OK so the rope is pink, but that makes it easy to see it. The butch American accent and the bright pink of the rope make me laugh. But my issues aside, this is a good lesson for anyone wanting to learn to tie a bowline (the normal, non-one-handed way).

Also, if you have an iPhone, check out the article we wrote on top iPhone apps for sailors a few weeks back and get yourself the ‘Knots’ application. (http://www.harbourexchange.com/top-sailing-applications-for-the-iphone/)

I'm like the 'Stig' but I don't drive fast, and I love boats rather than cars. Or put another way, I'm the admin for the site with a grand sounding name.
