Britain’s only current powerboat world champion, Scott Curtis, 26, from Norwich (pictured left) has been honored by the world’s governing body, the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM).

Curtis, whose four podium finishes included two outright wins in the Formula 4 World Championship, was the lone British contender amidst 63 powerboat racers from across the globe recognised for their achievements at the famous Salles des Etoiles in Monaco.
