iPhone Windmeter designed really for windsurfer / kitesurfers and dinghy sailors prior to setting out. Yachtsman can also just use one of the many plastic holders that keep the iphone waterproof. Otterbox and H2O audio do good boxes

AyeTides good for tides

Sailmaster for racing and tactical replaces something like tactic for £100's less
